Oxfordshire County Council is the county council (upper-tier local authority) in the South-East of England.
Oxfordshire County Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries, and youth services), social services, public health & highway maintenance, waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town & county planning for matters to do with minerals, waste, highways and education.
Oxfordshire County Council have worked on more than 20 CAM projects, these projects have included road trials, simulations, asset mapping, highway network management, communications and connectivity and strategic planning. Through these projects OCC have developed processes and procedures for the trialling of Connected and Automated vehicles.
Oxfordshire County Council is a demonstration site and will feed into all WP1-6.
